Smart Pay, is a completely integrated, easy-to-use GUI based open-ended Payroll Software from HIRALSOFT. SMART PAY is designed and developed by using the technique of Client/Server and Object Oriented Technologies, which provides a high degree of flexibility, scalability, extensibility, portability, reliability, robustness and seamless integration. It uses the Open Database Connectivity(ODBC), the most efficient and powerful data access method, to access data that is stoblue either in MS-Access database or other powerful RDBMS databases like SQL Server or Oracle.
